Any warranties or After Sale Services, if any provided by the Manufacturers/ Vendors on any products shall be serviced directly by such Manufacturer/ Vendor and SendRakhizOnline shall not be under any obligation to ensure compliance or handle complaints.
• It is possible that sometime extra charges like Taxes or Duties, Octrai which are to be generated by the recipient at the time of delivery. Kindly note that SendRakhizOnline does not liable for these charges as the Octrai & Taxes are applicable in some states in India and for some International deliveries duties may be charged as per the particular country norms.
• Sweets, flowers or other such products which are perishable in nature, the delivery attempted only once. In case of delivery not executed during first attempt due to insufficient or incorrect address, shipping address found locked or refuses to accept, recipient not found at home. In any of these cases No Refund would be entertained for the order.
• In few countries some products are not possible to ship like sweets, thali etc. Therefore, we are not responsible to deliver such products.
• As flowers arrangements, rakhi, pooja thali are hand-made or handicraft products; it may be slightly different from the picture shown on the website. However we will try to make sure that we will deliver the products as close as possible to the description/ photograph shown.
• We are doing efforts to provide most current details about rakhi and rakhi gifts products to our customers, SendRakhizOnline made changes time-to-time in the contents, products and services. The pricing of rakhi and rakhi gifts displayed on the website are for internet orders. The pricing may be changed any time without any prior information and/ or notice. Sendrakhizonline is not liable for any photographical or photographic errors.
